Is this the Alpha course? Or is it “Forty Days to the Purpose Driven Life”? I couldn’t tell which.
My favorite vent?
Aren’t you all entitled to your half-assed musings on the divine? You’ve thought about eternity for twenty-five minutes and think you’ve come to some interesting conclusions.
And I love the phrase “internet-assembled philosophy”!

LOL!!!
That was fabulous.
Did you leave a quid for the upkeep?
ROTFL! Absolutely brilliant! Scary thing… yeah, those were my favorite lines too.
Looks like my kind of church!
Obviously somebody trying to make fun of conservatives. And sure, somewhere there are loonies who live down to this Pythonish caricature. Somebody else should write a decent reversal of this but I’ve not seen one yet. You know, with an ordinary orthodox Christian coming across a vicar who obsessively tries to connect everything this person says with how great being gay is for example, and then chases him out of the church when he doesn’t adopt the attitude the vicar’s after.
Perhaps it’s perspective, but I thought it pretty will knocked at both sides. Hilarious!
Absolutely fantastic. What’s the name of this show?
Why are all these comments dated in 2006? Is the devil at work here?
No. As I indicate in the bracketed comment, I pulled this from my archives.
It is as funny the second time as it was the first.
Thanks for the memories.
