The Theotokos, Aeiparthenos

I mentioned, a few days ago, that I had been defending the part of the Apostotlic Faith that affirms the perpetual virginity of the Most Holy Theotokos. I am posting here a collection of cites from the Church Fathers, affirming this doctrine, to demonstrate that this is one of those beliefs held “always, everywhere, and by all.”

Live Blogging the Weekend

Or, something like it.

Anna left a bit over an hour ago. So far the girls and I are all still alive and well. I’ve even given them grapes for a snack instead of M&Ms. Not bad.

And, I got to quote one of my favorite Shakespearean lines (from Hamletact 3, scene 1–no less!) to my wife as she was leaving:

“Get thee to a nunnery!”

Now, how cool is that!?
