Codex Sinaiticus Ahead

The fourth century Greek manuscript, Codex Sinaiticus is the oldest complete New Testament, and is the oldest edition of the Christian Bible we have.

The nice thing about Sinaiticus is that it gives among the earliest witnesses of the Christian canon–which includes those books Protestants call “apocrypha”: Tobit, Esther, Esdras and so on.

It is a wonderful site and I can’t wait to spend more time exploring it.
